We make installations easy on you!

Step 1.
Consultation

Tell us what avionics you would like us to install into your aircraft. We will provide you with options to you get the most out of your avionics budget.

Step 2.
Clean-up

After taking delivery of aircraft, we will perform a general removal of unnecessary/old wiring and hardware pertaining to the avionics installation. We will also prepare the aircraft for the new wiring and hardware.

Step 3.
Fabrication

The new avionics wire harness is custom built to length on the bench according to the aircraft type and existing avionics integration.

Step 4.
Installation

The wire harness is installed into the aircraft and integrated to the existing avionics. The powers/grounds and dimmers are also connected at this time.

Step 5.
Configuration

After the installation is complete and each wire has been pin checked, the new avionics hardware is configured to play nice with (itself and) existing avionics.

Step 6.
Test. Test. Test.

Before leaving our hangar the avionics is tested in accordance to manufacture's specifications as well as tested to make sure proper integration with existing avionics.

Step 7.
Paperwork

According to the FAA the job is not done until the paperwork has been completed. Therefore all necessary paperwork is documented and submitted prior to delivery of the aircraft.

Step 8.
Delivery

During the delivery process we are happy to take the time to answer any questions in regards to the installation and the functionality of the new avionics hardware/software.
